functional mini bar thoughtful touch

The hotel offered a superior double or twin room. It featured a functional mini bar. complimentary water was a thoughtful touch. the rooftop sundeck provided an excellent place for relaxation. the wifi service worked with no issues.

I found that the rooftop bar had limited availability. Its schedule did not always accommodate hotel guests, unfortunate.

I stayed in the Superior Double or Twin Room. The room features two separate sinks. The shower includes a rainfall shower head. Staff send a cake and a bottle of wine to my room when they learned it was my birthday. This was very charmed of them.

The gym is very small.

Really good Hotel Experience

I found the staff attentive . The team offered a warm welcome and a personal farewell. My room was well-equipped and serviced twice daily. I enjoyed a delicious breakfast and the hotel features great views from the top floor.

The room was slightly smaller than I anticipated, a minor inconvenience. This did not overshadow the otherwise really good experience I had at the hotel. I did enjoy the stay thoroughly and hope to return.

The room included complimentary water coffee and tea. The daily service ensured it remained tidy. Robes and slippers were provided as were chocolates during turndown service. The air conditioning was effective.

I found the staff helpful (especially sofia at check-in!). The location is central. I appreciated the rooftop bar that has amazing views. the buffet breakfast offered many options. You could even order eggs to your liking.

I stayed for several nights and I was not impressed. The bathroom was ridiculously small (even for a Beautiful Double or Twin Room). I could barely turn around. the bedroom had limited plug sockets. THIS is a problem any traveler understands, it is a minimum requirement!

the hotel's location met my expectations, being right in the heart of everything

The room was quite small, i felt a bit cramped. the bathroom felt especially tiny. Using the toilet was awkward because it was right behind the door, and the towels felt old and rough, not what i expect from a hotel in this price range
